Please be aware of the following information and deadlines:
• To be included on ALL Adorn promotional materials, completed form must be received by July 5, 2012.
• To be included on the Adorn program, completed form must be received by August 1, 2012.
• The Grand Ballroom will be available Friday, September 9, from 1 pm to 8 pm for your delivery and tablescape design construction.
• Security will be provided by Harvest Ball Society, 9:00 PM Friday through 6:00 AM Saturday.
• Tear down will follow approximately 30 minutes from the conclusion of the Adorn Style Show. Please plan to be on site to begin dismantling your creation by 1:00 PM Saturday. Materials need to be removed from the event space no later than 3:00 PM Saturday, September 10th or risk loss. Harvest Ball Society is not responsible for items unclaimed.
