HARVEST BALL SOCIETY 2010 ADORN STYLE SHOW
September 18, 2010

Please be aware of the following deadlines:
• To be included on ALL ADORN promotional materials, completed form must be received by May 1st, 2010.

• To be included on the ADORN invitation and program, completed form must be received by July 1st, 2010.

Table placements are assigned in the order in which your completed reservation is received.
• The Grand Ball Room at Bartle Hall will be available Friday, September 17th, from 2:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. for your delivery and tablescape design construction.

• Security will be provided by Harvest Ball Society from 9:00pm Friday through 6:00am Saturday.

• Tear down will follow approximately 30 minutes from the conclusion of the Style Show program. Please plan to be on site to begin dismantling your creation by 1:00pm Saturday. Materials need to be removed from the event space by no later than 3:00pm Saturday, Sept 18 or risk loss. HBS is not responsible for items unclaimed.
