Harvest Ball Society

Founded in 1987 under the leadership of Patty Garney and Sandra Doolin Aust, The Harvest Ball Society has become the largest single fundraising event devoted exclusively to raising funds for charities serving communities in the Northland. Since its inception, the Ball has distributed over $5 million to many different deserving agencies. Proceeds from the 24th annual Harvest Ball will benefit programs and services designed to stabilize, strengthen, and enrich the lives of Northland residents.

Each year, The Harvest Ball designates 25% of its net proceeds to be set aside, reserved for future major needs. In its 23-year history, The Harvest Ball has contributed to more than 60 charities.

To connect donors to the priorities they care about and to the needs of the Northland community, to increase charitable giving, and to provide leadership in meeting community needs.
